Depression remedies

Hey, I’m a 20 year old male from UK.

I was gravely obese from the age of 3. I lost 6 stone at the age of 16. I’ve been doing 90 minutes of exercise (cardio & toning) with a healthy diet, 5-6 days a week for the past 2 years.

There are fatty areas on me which are never going to go, I’m wasting my time even trying. I have big manboobs, love handles and a podgy tummy. It never goes away whatever I do. The rest of my body (arms, legs etc are toned). My body looks disgusting.

I have been suffering from clinical depression, signed off from being able to work (on the sick) for the past 3 years. I obviously have little money due to this. I’ve had counselling, life coaching and been treated for this depression, but to no avail. It’s all directly linked to feeling/being fat.

Is there anybody out there who can save a life and help me live the dream? Any ideas? Any knowledge? Thanks.
