Depression remedies

Ok so I have been going through some serious premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) also known as PMS. I know many go through it but it has been unbearable and unable to control. 3 weeks out of the month am moody, have the worst anxiety, depression, irritable, angry, moody, and tense. I’m either crying and screaming and I can no longer take this craziness.

Now I am not writing for people to judge. I am honestly seeking for people experiencing the same symptoms and were prescribed Prozac and/or Wellbutrin.

I haven’t started taking this medication, I’m wondering how they work for those that are taking them. Your advice and experiences would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve actually met many parents who consider their children to be little more than personal property, secondary to career and even the house. I’ve seen them “parent”. When their children do something right, they say nothing but when the children do something bad, they are yelled at and spanked. These are very wealthy households where all the children have every toy and material gift that can be given but they have almost no joy.

The very thought of it makes me physically sick because their children are all under 12 years old and already show signs of clinical depression. They are the sweetest little people that I have ever met but they feel like they are nothing at all to anyone.

Please tell me that somebody actually cares about the little ones.
