If you have problems with anemia –this could lead to depression…esp. in postpartum cases. Treat the anemia, and you’ve treated depression in some cases. Also, if you eat chocolate and sugar regularly this too leads most likely to depression–find out what you eat and do daily.

    Hershey’s chocolate
    Marijuana
    Exercise
    Masturbation

Chocolate and marijuana both enhance mood, and help you feel more euphoric. Exercise and masturbation helps release endorphins that make you happier.

I think the best is spending time with family or friends.

Bend Knees. Admit that God exsists. Admit that Jesus Christ is God come to earth in the flesh. There is power in the name of Jesus. Cry out Jesus Christ Jesus Christ help me out of my depression. Jesus told me that I THOUGHT my way into depression so I must think my way out. If I thought and said to my self that I am a loser. I replaced those thoughts and words with what Jesus said about me. Such as he has made me the head and not the tail. I am fearfully and wonderfully created. I can do all things thorugh Christ who strengthens me.

St John’s wort is today most widely known as a herbal treatment for depression. In some countries, such as Germany, is commonly prescribed for mild depression, especially in children, adolescents, and where cost is a concern. Standardized extracts are generally available over the counter – however, in some countries (such as Ireland) a prescription is required. Extracts are usually in tablet or capsule form, and also in teabags and tinctures.
This is especially useful for mild depression. Widely used and can be purchased easily over the counter.
