Should I go see a doctor?

I’ve been experiencing alot of different pains, recently.. first there was the constant sick feeling in my stomach after I ate, and that’s been going on for a few weeks now, although it just seems to get worse. I’m supposed to get my period in a few days, but today I had these sudden excruciating pains in what felt like my left ovary, and they literally left me doubled over in pain, along with the sick feeling in my stomach. I could barely walk to my classes, and I was so frustrated and sick of the pains and stomach aches, I started crying right there in class, even though I knew it was mostly hormones. I know some girls have cramps before they start, but I’ve never heard of any being so persistent and severe. The cramps died down a bit after I took a few painkillers. The sickness in my stomach lasted pretty much throughout the whole day, but I was still hungry at lunch, so I had a sandwich and a bottle of water, so the sickness turned into a dull pain. I then decided not to go home and make a big deal out of it, so I finished up the last two hours of school.
Later on I noticed something different, something that felt like a potential pain in the downstairs region, so I went pee, and towards the end of it [like when my bladder contracts, so to speak] there was this horrible, droning pain in my bladder, that lasted for about 10 seconds, then died down again. It used to hurt when I walked, but now it only hurts when I stretched it somehow, like spreading my legs too far or putting my arms over my head.
My first thought was a possible bladder infection, but that would mean I would have to go pee really frequently, which I don’t seem to do, and there was no stinging or anything like that, just pain AFTER I pee. No blood in it or anything, it looked perfectly fine :/ any ideas?
For the cramp thing, I looked it up and it turns out there’s a premenstrual disorder called PMDD, which describes exactly what I seem to be having. Along with the depression, it would make alot of sense.
As for the stomach thing? I’m not a health freak, and i’m not obese either, just flabby. I havn’t been changing my diet in any way, the sick feeling just started a couple weeks ago.
As for the bladder pains, it’s only been happening today, whenever I pee, but my friends think it sounds pretty serious, but if I tell my mom, she’s going to make me see a doctor. D:
Maybe it’s for the best? >.<
I don’t know what’s happening to me. Please help.
note:
-I’m 15
-I’ll admit I take in a bit too much caffeine, sugar, and carbs.
-Occasional smoker.
severe pms depression?

i’m 18 and i’ve had really bad periods for as long as i can remember. it really disrupts my life because i am unable to function in class or at work. i can’t get anything done. i always get horrible cramps that keep me up all night, extreme fatigue (so bad that i feel like i can’t even move any part of my body), very hard time wake up in the morning no matter how much sleep i got, muscle pains all over, headaches, insane mood swings, and very severe depression. most of the symptoms begin a week before i get my period and go away a few days after i have it. the depression is the worst part. it’s been getting worse within the past year. the week before my period is complete torture. i stop talking to my friends and/or going out, i stay in my room and feel like the entire world is against me. i cry uncontrollably and feel tension in my entire body. it’s really scary. i don’t know if there is a certain medication for this? i take midol and it doesn’t do a thing. does birth control help these symptoms? does it sound like i have premenstrual dysphoric disorder? any help would be apreciated thanks

Question about birth control?

Anyone out there on “the pill” who have also seen an improvement in premenstrual symptoms (cramps, appetite, moodiness, depression, bloating)? If so, what are you taking?
I am considering starting “the pill” for these reasons, but I am unsure what my best option is.
