I’m having a very difficult time in my life right now. And for the last 3 months, I start to cry, feel VERY depressed 3 days before my period and through my period.

I was just wondering, if there is anything to make me feel normal? Maybe a tea or vitamins or anything else?

I have been diagnosed with depression and panic attacks. I have been placed on 2 different kinds of meds. One kind is to help me focus and not be so depressed all of the time. barely drive because of extreme panic attacks that started in 2000 when I was in a bad car accident, a drunk driver hit and ran me. I have been marginally employed the past 10 years, and haven’t worked in 3 years.

If you read the question I posted yesterday than you should know how I feel right now. I am usually very artistic when I ‘m depressed and end up writing poems that are just as depressing as I am. I don’t usually tell people I’m depressed except for a select few.
P.S. I don’t have the money to get couseling at this very moment.
