Depression remedies

Does anyone know of any herbal remedies to help with the depression that comes right before and during my period??

i need to find a good herbal remedy thats cheap.

i heard that you could get herbal remedies for depression is there any that you can buy at a chemist that don’t involve taking pills cos i cant take pills

I don’t have depression very bad, just occasionally and it lasts for a while. I’ve had it extremely bad before and have had medication for years, so I know when I need a doc. I’m curious of any herbal ideas out there.
