Depression remedies

I’m weaning off Lamictal (my doctor gave me permission) due to things such as hair loss, vision problems, etc. What are some natural remedies that prevent depression and raise energy levels? Thanks!

Are there any vitamins/supplements that combat depression? I have been feeling depressed since August for no apparent reason.

I know exercise helps, any natural methods and foods that can have a mood enhancing effect?
I’d highly doubt that woulBrazilian Ju Jitzud be possible, I study both Aikido and Brazilian Jujitzu, but if you see me one day you’re free to take a shot

I’m sinking deeper and deeper into depression, and it is also making me incredibly angry. I’m hoping it’s not something so serious as bipolar disorder.. But I don’t want any of those medications that make you “numb” or decrease your sex drive.. someone help me please.

Many doctors are so quick to prescribe pills to treat a chemical imbalance. I believe that there is such a thing as chemical imbalances, but I think there should be a way to heal without attacking your kidneys and liver with terrible anti-depressants and/or anti-psychotics. Please only SERIOUS answers are requested here.

And so my parents say I’d be better off the meds or taking a natural thing..? But will I feel less depressed then?
